A reservation is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from our reservations team and the deposit has been received. Online requests and availability searches are not confirmations.
Occupancy
The number of guests may not exceed the maximum occupancy stated on the website. Events require prior written approval.

Guests agree to respect the villa, its staff and neighbours, and to observe the house rules provided at confirmation.
